Data we collect
We only collect the data you send us through the website forms:
- Contact form: name, email, phone, message;
- Tailor-made trip request: travel period, number of people, type of trip, length, preferences, budget, project description, last name, first name, email, phone, address;
- Booking request: the trip concerned, dates, number of travellers, contact details and message;
- Transfer request: route, date, time, number of passengers, flight number if any, and contact details;
- Newsletter: email address.
How we use your data
Data sent through the forms is stored in the agency’s database and an email notification is sent to the agency. It is used solely to answer your requests, prepare your quotes, organise your trip and, if you have subscribed to the newsletter, occasionally send you our travel ideas.
Your data is never sold or rented. It is shared only with the people who need it to organise your trip.
Retention
Your data is kept for 3 years from your last contact with the agency, then deleted. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (CNDP) and, for residents of the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data.
