Terms and conditions of sale

These specific terms and conditions of sale apply to trips organised by REG TOURS / Atlas Experience. Prices are provided in a personalised quote.
Booking
To book your trip, you can contact us by phone, by email or through the forms on this website, and place an option valid for 8 days.
Your booking only becomes effective once we receive your signed booking form with a 30% deposit, and after confirmation from us. Bookings are subject to availability.
For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, the full price is payable on booking.
Booking implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Payment of the balance
The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure. Failure to pay the balance may lead to the automatic cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation
If you cancel, the following amounts will be retained:
- More than 30 days before departure: a flat fee of €50 per person;
- Between 30 and 21 days: 35% of the trip price;
- Between 20 and 14 days: 50% of the trip price;
- Between 13 and 7 days: 75% of the trip price;
- Less than 7 days: 90% of the trip price.
Complaints
Any complaint about a trip must be sent to Atlas Experience by registered post or by email (Atlasexperiencemaroc@gmail.com), with the original supporting documents, within one month of your return date.
