At 9 am you meet our tour leader outside your accommodation and set off for the magnificent region of Tafraoute, the pearl of the Souss, a town that has kept its traditions despite modernisation. Arrival in the early afternoon and visit of the ‘traditional house’ eco-museum, a true labyrinth in which Abdesalam has gathered a large part of Berber culture.

After checking in at the guesthouse (auberge), we take the track to the canyons and the painted rocks. In the evening, you can join a Moroccan cooking class with a local family.

  2. Day 2

Tafraoute – Aït Mansour valley – Tamanar valley – Amtoudi

Breakfast on the terrace, then off by 4x4 to the Aït Mansour valley, a true marvel, for a short walk through the palm grove with a tea break. We continue to Amtoudi through the Tamanar valley, the argan capital of the South, where you can visit an argan oil cooperative and see the work of the women of the region.

In Amtoudi, Hassan, our host in the region, welcomes you and takes you to discover the communal granaries, known as agadirs, once used to store the harvest. In the evening, Hassan’s wife serves you a generous couscous.

  3. Day 3

    Amtoudi – Tiznit – Agadir

Berber breakfast with Hassan’s family, who always greet you with a smile, then we climb back into the 4x4 for the return journey. Visit of Tiznit, the capital of silver, and its craft workshops. Arrival in Agadir in the late afternoon and transfer to your hotel.
