In the afternoon we continue to the Valley of Roses and Kelâat M’Gouna. Lunch break in the village of Boutaghrar, the starting point of our adventure on the tracks through the Dadès canyons, with a tea break among nomads who live in caves. In the late afternoon we reach the Dadès gorges before settling into a guesthouse (auberge) for the evening, with local cuisine.

We leave our host family and head for another set of gorges, the Todgha (Toudra), in the heart of the Tinghir palm grove, for a short walk. We then continue to Erfoud and visit a fossil workshop before reaching the village of Merzouga.

You meet the camel drivers for a 45-minute ride through the dunes of Erg Chebbi. In the evening, dinner and overnight in a comfort tent, with Berber entertainment.

    Merzouga – Rissani – Agdz – Ouarzazate

After breakfast we leave the dunes for the town of Rissani and visit its Berber souk. The road then crosses Saharan landscapes of acacias and camel pastures.
